IMPORTANT NOTICE!! International orders outside of the UK may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees. These charges are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing All orders are processed within up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the following timeframes from your dispatch date, it may be considered lost:
- UK: 14 business days
- EU: 21 business days
- International: 30 business days
If your order has not arrived within these timeframes, please contact us at acil.collective@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note:
- Tracked orders can be monitored using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
- We are unable to investigate missing parcels until the above timeframes have passed, as carriers require this period before classifying a shipment as lost.
- Acil. is not responsible for parcels lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
- If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund if possible at our discretion.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
- International and EU orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
